The seminar will look at various workers to classify their relationship to employment law —the information should read

The seminar will discusser what constitutes a contract of employment, and the elements of that contract, as compared to other “look-alike” relationships such as the independent contractor.

It will also look at the relevant terms of the legislation,. questions of liability of the employer (vicarious liability) and that of the employee himself.

Recent decisions and developments in work-related matters, especially following on from COVID, dealing with the commercial world will be discussed, including matters such as “working from home”, ‘uber”,  “sharing the job” and so on .
