Highlights: The purpose of this course is to provide a brief summary of law, practice and procedure related to road traffic offences and will also discuss on how to handle the road traffic litigation at different stages, starting from initial contact to client at scene up to the stage of preparing and conducting trial for the traffic offences in court.
