For an update of 2026, it focuses on title registration which affect land property much. This course is about 

  • pending the coming into force of the Land Titles Ordinance (as amended by the Registration of Titles and Land (Amendment) Ordinance 2025.
  • the seminar will address the effect of title registration [as used overseas – eg the Torrens system] infeasibility and its effect
  • the role of the register — and the role of the Court in administering the register under land titles
